Kenya's Tricia Wanjala was transitioning back to natural hair when she decided to start a Facebook group over a decade ago. That group grew into Tricia’s Naturals, East Africa’s largest natural hair community with almost 170k members today. That group launched the natural hair revolution in Africa -- with Tricia’s guidance, and generosity at the center of it.

In this week’s episode, Tricia and I talk about launching her Tricia's Naturals product line, advocating for African women’s hair, what it takes to put in 10,000 hours and being a late bloomer.
